Methodology. Score = likelihood (1–5) × impact (1–5) → a 1–25 value, then a rating band: Low / Medium / High / Critical. Ratings are computed deterministically from admin-editable rules for explainability and reproducibility — they are never taken from an AI model. Every source is enabled only after a real successful fetch; a link that failed its last verification is shown as plain text, never as a clickable link. Times shown in Asia/Riyadh.
